【年間パスポート利用規約】
・1枚につき1名様までご利用できます。
・ご記名のご本人様のみ使用可能です。
・大人：１０００円、中高生:６００円、小学生：４００円
・休館日：火曜日
（祝日は開館、翌平日振替休館）
・年末年始（12月29日〜1月3日）
・藍染体験は別途料金が発生します。

・発行日から1年間有効です。有効期限の延長や日数の繰り下げはできません。
・購入後のキャンセル、払戻し、換金、有効期限の変更はできません。
・盗難や紛失により年間パスポートを失った場合、再発行はできません。
・本人限定のため、他人に譲渡したり貸与したりすることは禁止されています。
・不正行為、暴力行為、他のお客様への迷惑行為、その他当館から禁止を求められた行為を行った場合、年間パスの返却を求められ、利用停止になる場合がございます。
・天災や施設都合による開園時間の短縮や臨時閉館が生じても、有効期限の延長や払戻しは原則行われません。
・料金区分は支払時の所属に準じます。年度をまたいで区分が変わっても、差額をお支払いいただく必要はございません。
・入場の際、必ずこの年間パスポートを受付でご提示ください。パスポートをお忘れの場合は受付にて規程の入館料をお支払いください。再度ご来館されても返金対応は致しかねます。
・年間パスポートは優先的に入場できるものではありません。10名以上の団体でお越しになる場合、お持ち込み染の場合は、必ず前日までのご予約を行ってください。
・ご入館後の当日に、年間パスポートをご購入の方は、当日の入館料の返却はできません。また、パスポートの日付変更はできません。
・お客様の個人情報はすべて年間パスポート業務にて管理いたします。
・この年間パスポートは株式会社ボンアームが発行しています。

[Annual Pass Terms of Use]

- Each pass can be used by up to one person.
- May only be used by the person named on the pass.
- Adults: \1,000, Junior and Senior High School Students: \600, Elementary School Students: \400
- Closed: Tuesdays
(Open on public holidays, closed the following weekday)
- New Year's Holidays (December 29th - January 3rd)
- An additional fee applies for the indigo dyeing experience.
- Please also read the notes on the back.
- Valid for one year from the date of issue. The expiration date cannot be extended or shortened.
- Cancellation, refunds, cash exchange, or changes to the expiration date are not permitted after purchase.
- Annual passes cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
- Transferring or lending them to others is prohibited.
- Fraud, violence, nuisance to other guests, or any other behaviour prohibited by the museum may result in the request to return the annual pass and suspension of use.
・In principle, expiration dates will not be extended or refunds will not be provided, even if opening hours are shortened or temporary closures are incurred due to natural disasters or facility circumstances.
・Fee classifications will be based on the affiliation at the time of payment. There is no need to pay any difference even if your classification changes between fiscal year to another.
・Please be sure to present this Annual Pass at the reception when entering. If you forget your pass, please pay the regular admission fee at the reception. Refunds will not be available for subsequent visits.
・Annual Passes do not grant priority entry. If you are visiting with a group of 10 or more, or if you are bringing your own things to dye, please make your reservation a day before or more.
・If you purchase an Annual Pass on the day after your first visit to the museum, the admission fee will not be refunded. In addition, the date on the passport cannot be changed.
・All customer personal information will be managed by the Annual Pass Office.
